A perfect leadership equation where 1+1=3!
Too often leaders don't merge the importance of having a performance Mindset (Culture) and performance Skillset (Process), wondering why they aren't achieving the outcomes they desire. John has married the two performance components seamlessly not only in his book but in practice @ Hiester Automotive. This is a must read for seasoned organizational vets or upstart managers.
