Great information, quick read
I learned a lot listening to this audiobook. The reader sounded like one of your smart friends talking about hormones and how our bodies work. I liked that a lot of information was presented, solutions were provided, and I felt like I was really informed with information I could talk with my doctor about. Definitely worth the low price.
