Practical wisdom
Larry provides a roadmap to improve your performance as a leader as well as the performance of your team. Despite having an advanced degree, I learned very little about business, team building or leadership. I can use the information immediately to build a stronger team and have more effective meetings. This is a must if you are in a managerial position, selfself employed or aspire to a leadership position in a group or charitable organization.
