Best parenting book!

I'm a children's pastor of almost 7 years and I've read or listened to many books about parenting, but this is by far the best! The way he brings scripture into it, realizes every child and situation is different, and the self-reflection of what we carry into our parenting, marriage and situations from past hurts or our own childhood is fantastic!
