Really well done! Narrator's voice is great!

This audiobook is perfect for anyone who feels stressed out and overwhelmed but doesn’t know where to start. It’s not about doing complicated yoga poses or sitting still for hours. Instead, it teaches super simple ways to relax by just breathing and moving your body in a way that feels good!

I've been doing yoga for over twenty years and am a certified yoga instructor. I was looking for a quick yoga audiobook that I can do and can recommend to others and I've found it!

The author explains how stress works in your brain and how easy tricks like breathing differently can make a huge difference. This audiobook is a great, down-to-earth guide that I totally recommend!

A huge plus for me is that the narrator is also the author. You can tell she loves what she does and truly wants to help others. Her voice is calm and perfect for this topic. Well done!

Excellent!

I loved this book so much! It offers a different take on yoga + meditative practices for beginners, without much emphasis on technicalities, which can sometimes feel overwhelming and distracting. This is a really genuine, down-to-earth guide, like a friend guiding you gently through the process of switching your brain and nervous system to a slower pace. The narration is super uplifting and has a calm, positive feel to it. Certainly worth a listen!

A Tranquil Path to Daily Relaxation

This is a beautifully crafted guide that helps to bring more peace, calm and balance into daily life. The audiobook offers a serene and soothing experience, making it easy to immerse yourself in the practices.

I have practiced yoga but had no knowledge of the three restorative poses presented in chapter 3. The Box Breathing technique too is particularly interesting and far-reaching. I look forward to exploring the various postures and benefiting even more from the practice of Yoga. The author narrated the audiobook herself - an unusual feat that further attests to the authenticity of the book and demonstrates that she is an expert in the field.
