  • Dr. Jessica Pryce is a TED speaker, Author , and social worker. She works with the Florida Institute for Child Welfare doing research to transform the child welfare system. She is aiming to change policies and shift the narrative around for outcomes of marginalized families of color in the child welfare system. 

     

    Dr. Ashley Cross sits with Dr.Pryce to discuss the work she is doing to transform the child welfare system. They also discuss her TED Talk called, Transforming child welfare, taking race out of the equation.
