  • In this episode I share part of my intuitive process behind the healing candles I make at safe+held. I tell a story that shows the beauty and power that is found within a slow pace. It’s a beautiful thing to recognize potential procrastination and uncertainty as indicators that perhaps it’s okay to slow down and flow a little more. Perhaps it is okay to move in ways we feel aligned until more is revealed. Perhaps it’s okay to not know how everything will unfold. Perhaps it is okay to be bold. I share a throat chakra healing activation poem called "I must speak" near the end of the episode - may you find strength in the moment that is now.
