He lived in Paris and was awarded the Bronze Medal of National Defense for his service to French General Roquejoffre, commander of the Gulf War. He coordinated high profile events at the Wheatleigh Hotel in the Berkshires, Massachusetts. He then landed in San Antonio, where he has worked for 26 years to elevate the city's culinary landscape with his popular restaurant concepts at the historic Pearl and beyond.
