  • PEW PEW PEW [insert quoteable phrase for acton figure here] KABOOM! It’s action week, kids! We’re walking beyond where the sun touches into new shadowland. Well, kinda, coz Patrick watched both of these movies quite a bit as a kid, but evidently didn’t properly take them in or appreciate them. We hit up two real classics this week with ‘Speed’ (1994) and ‘Terminator 2: Judgement Day’ (1991), and have an absolute ball! We feed some shrimp, there’s yet another episode of Patrick’s Queer Awakenings in Cinema, and Emma decides that parody is NOT comedy, and actually being on a bus with a bomb on it is NOT a laughing matter.
