  • The Butt Blasters™ have not one, not two, but THREE special guests by the names of CJ, BC, and Mark of the Beast. CJ is a longtime friend of the show and, together with BC, plays in the atmospheric post-black metal band Marsh of Swans. Mark of the Beast is also a longtime friend of the show and is both our resident bad lyrics analyst as well as our kvlt credibility maintainer. 

    In this episode, the Budd Bladd Boi™ dive deep into Heartwood, Marsh of Swans’ debut full-length. We explore the process of the album’s creation, the conceptual framework behind the album, and why the band’s next album will be lo-fi psychedelic black metal with a horn accompaniment recorded in a missile silo in Wamego, Kansas.
