Sean talks us through his early years in Ranger Regiment - from combat at the beginning of the Global War on Terror to breaking his tailbone and continuing to train for another three days. He talks his time in Special Forces and the characteristics that are instilled in Green Berets that lend themselves to success in sales and the business world. Sean talks through the trials and hardship of retiring out of the military and going it alone and how his new venture, The Shift Group, aims to help others from having the same experience.
