  • At about 14 weeks into our pregnancy, we found out Baby Girl might be diagnosed with Down Syndrome. We are now at 25 weeks, her Down Syndrome diagnosis has been confirmed, and we have been figuring it out as we go ever since. 

    On today's episode, I wanted to share our story so far and answer a questions I have been getting from family and friends a lot recently. How are you dealing with all this?? 

    It's a great question. And I'm so thankful I have coaching and an amazing community around me to help us through this time. But it has taken a lot of work for me to get to this point where I feel ready to share our experience on the podcast.
