In this episode, I talk all about the SELF, and its relation to others, a group and the collective! 

I describe the spiritual self - your soul, your heart, how YOU know yourself. That’s one of the parts of yourself that I discuss in the episode (and yes, I also touch on PARTS WORK and Internal Family Systems, one of the tools I use in my coaching practice). 

We cover why it’s important to have a good relationship with yourself if you want to be a productive member of any community. It’s easier to advocate for your needs, start discussions and make change if you’re confident in who you are and what you’re saying. 

Being vulnerable and confiding in others is like jumping off of a cliff, and being able to CATCH yourself helps you be more confident in doing that!

I also demystify all of the self buzzwords I use like self trust, self confidence, self awareness, radical self acceptance, self advocacy and more. You’ll learn why they’re important and what they are!
