    Caleb has been investing in real estate for 10 years and ran a team of realtors specializing in working with investors for 5 years. His team has completed over 700 agent deals in that time and sell 50+ off-market deals to investors yearly as well.

    Caleb started out his career as an agent after he saw a huge gap in his area for agents who know how to help investors in the best way possible. He has flipped over 300 houses, owns a portfolio of 50+ sfh rentals, and has bought and sold many multi-families.

    Caleb is a huge mental health advocate for real estate professionals (and all professionals). He candidly discusses his personal battles with depression and the emotional toll that professional stress can take on one's personal life. Caleb emphasizes the importance of asking for help and the courage it takes to reach out when struggling with mental health issues.
