If I told you that I use to be the person who was always miserable and complained about work and life, would you believe me? Well, it’s true! As I shared in Episode 1: My Journey, I used to let anxiety get the best of me. I always feared the worst about what would happen the following week at work. When a difficult situation occurred in work or in life, I thought, “Here we go again!” or “Why me?” It wasn’t until I began working with my first life coach that things began to change. In fact, working with her helped me find my way to my life purpose - joy!

In this episode, I share how joy has helped me through challenging situations when I lost my way. Joy has also helped me see gratitude in each and every situation and to live in the present moment.  You too can live with you and find joy in your work and life.
