  • Have you heard that ADHD impulsivity is your super power as a Generator or Manifesting Generator (Human Design)? Maybe you have been led to believe that symptoms of ADHD are simply part of your Human Design?

    In this episode I talk about impulsivity for the ADHD adult, specifically ADHD in women, & how this is separate from your design (Human Design).

    I believe we all have super powers, but ADHD is not one of them. The research shows people with ADHD are more likely to get divorced, get in car accidents, be in debt, have relationship issues, have trouble starting & reaching their goals, and have lower life expectancies than those without ADHD.

    Instead of feeding into symptoms that cause real problems for those with ADHD education around ADHD, conditioning, and YOU is, in my opinion, more critical than ever so that you can take back the passenger seat of your life & live out your highest potential.
