Not only did we take drugs, but we took time, money and attention as well. This energy can keep us stunted in our growth in our recovery, and we also discuss some healthy solutions to this. We also deep dive into more biblical topics like how God and the devil play into these energies, and Ana gives us her best Taylor Swift impression. Steven references concepts by Brene Brown and Dr. Joe Dispenza that are key to shifting from a lower vibrational energy mindset, and we close with discussing how this has affected our relationship!
