  • Any type of change has to start with you. It starts with accountability, brutal honesty and an inquisitive mindset. Having a real honest conversation with yourself is one of the most fearful things you will do, real meaning brutally honest. Self development is challenging, because it forces you to face things that often times people run away from. Growth is uncomfortable, it’s scary and it’s why most people don’t grow, they give up because they just can’t get past the fear, it’s time to change that.
