    Mary, I LOVE that your gym specializes in custom-crafted nutrition programs, exercise routines, and supplements, all to improve adverse medical conditions and overall fitness. And I ADMIRE how, at a very low point in life, you summoned the courage to leverage your experience as a nurse and nutritionist to develop a formula for dropping and holding your weight from over 200 to 140 pounds and ultimately eliminating all your medications as your once-debilitating diseases went into remission. And that after you discovered your means to a better life, you focused all your efforts on helping others discover their means to a better life, too. And I’m super HAPPY that you’ve shared your inspiring story and powerful spirit on our show today.
