This became a talk on how local community engagement in early corona lock-down grew to be a vibrant and thriving Facebook running group with more than 5,000 members with strong commitment and lovely debate atmosphere. It also became a talk about how running can help a troubled mind and anxiety. And it also ended up with lots of laughs. Keep running!
