“What else is needed? What else is wanting to shift, wanting to open up? I can feel myself really leaning into my wisdom. I feel like the last 18 years in business has taught me one thing repetitively — and that is: the timing is not my own. Those people who are very close to me hear me make jokes all the time that time doesn’t exist. Because I want to fall into the trap of controlling time. Which we can’t — we can’t f*cking control anything. We’re always in relationship with things, we’re not controlling them. And so I have been up and down and around and around about making sure that I’m not forcing this into my own timing. Because if I do (and I know this because it’s happened before) I will force it into something that is not what I want longterm. And inevitably, I will end up regretting something about it, or something will have to shift and there will be big chaos coming. I’m not a doomsday person, but let me tell you — this is exactly what happens.”
