    For those of you who just found your way here;

    Hi there! I'm Sam! I hope you're having a relaxing evening, eating the good snacks, sipping' on a hot tea, and winding down for a good nights sleep.

    I haven't been uploading new meditations this past month, and I hope that hasn't come as an inconvenience to anyone- but in all honesty I just needed a break- I'm sure I'm not the only one feeling that way either.

    I love making this podcast and I have big goals for it, but honestly, half the time I have no idea what I'm doing and I'm just figuring it out as I go along...
