Today I have a heartfelt conversation about my journey with social media and my decision to throw in the towel on using Facebook and Instagram for my podcasts.

I talk about how my relationship with these platforms has been love/hate (more toward the hate side) for quite a while and why. And I share how my decision to no longer even attempt to share my podcast (or other content) on these platforms comes from feeling like I just can't stomach it. How maintaining a Facebook business page and an Instagram account simply feels Not Good at all, and why it hasn't for a while. And how I just can't give my energy to doing this any longer.

In this episode I talk about giving Substack a shot and why I think it may be a better fit for me. As part of this, I talk about how Substack's offering reminds me of an amazing Connecting Inward session I had about a mountain village where people supported and cheered each other on for their unique creations. And how that felt so wonderful to me and the way I want to be and live in the world moving forward.
