200. Homesteading, Health Secrets, and Homeschool

  • Resumen

  • What do homesteading, health secrets and homeschool have in common?

They are all “hot topics” right now, as moms are waking up to the damage and diseases caused from processed foods and outside sources.

Julia Lawless, wife to an Oklahoma grass farmer, and 2nd generation homeschooling mom joins me on the podcast today to share some (rather shocking) research and tips about how you can easily take small steps forward into a healthier life.

A few surprises await you inside of today’s episode including…

    • How Julia’s family got started with homeschooling (Hint: Her father is very well known in the homeschool world)
    • Julia’s “shattering” adventures with Kombucha making
    • How you can begin consuming healthy organ meat in a delicious way (and at a discounted price!)

Get a notebook handy and press play! There’s no doubt that you’ll want to jot down some notes as Julia shares about homesteading, health secrets and homeschool!

Improving the Modern Diet- Early Traditional Diets Vs Todays Modern Diets"

The comparisons between Early cultural diets from Gaelic, European, African, and other cultures vs the modern diet and impact on our health, were truly eye-opening.I am actively cleaning up my diet due to being pre diabetic. After hearing your podcast, I feel that balancing my meals with the different food groups as our ancestors did is a necessary component of well being. Not just cutting out the sugar and salts. On another note, my grandson isn't fond of meat, so I appreciate the tips for adding more nutrient-dense foods into our diet. I'm planning to order some Wholestix to boost our organ protein intake and to buy grass-fed butter to increase healthy fats for my grandson.I need to try some duck eggs too! Not to mention the homemade kombucha with Jun! Thank you for the great podcast! 😊 Just shared it with my grandsons Mom!
