Sighted members with no idea of the capabilities of a person with vision loss may be reluctant to include the blind member in club meetings and projects. When our panelists joined their local clubs, they were each the only blind members. They shared their stories and advice as to how to become accepted by their peers and begin that journey into leadership in Lionism.
