Journey Founder Brandon Bays clearly states that ‘The Journey is not based on a specific religion and it doesn’t require any particular belief’. Yet some people interested in joining their first Journey event are concerned that The Journey could clash with their religion or even go against the foundations of their faith. 💛

But what if The Journey could actually strengthen your faith and deepen your relationship with the Divine? I decided to meet with the son of a Jewish Rabbi to find out his firsthand responses to these questions and more… 

Sometimes religious differences can be used to separate people and create discord and conflict. Part of my reason for doing Real Talk is to go beyond accepted concepts and ideas and look deeply into our common experience of the Divine and how we are, no matter our background, more similar than different. 

Yosi Kossowsky is a seasoned business leader, executive coach and is also a Journey Practitioner. He’ll share his experience of the benefits The Journey has made in his and his family’s life. Yosi is an Orthodox Jew and and has had many discussions with Journey students about his own experiences on integrating Journey teaching with his religious beliefs and practices.
