Kishan Vasekar survived a massive heart attack in 2011. For more than a month, he struggled at the hospital battling two failed kidneys. But he emerged strong, changed his lifestyle, nutrition and outlook about life.

He has stopped taking statins and has adopted a lifestyle filled with meditation, yoga, nutritious food and the study of the Bhagavad Gita. Kishan is an IIT graduate and has worked at a number of Indian companies specializing in quality systems, Six Sigma and has first hand experience working with the late Dhirubhai Ambani and Mukesh Ambani at Reliance Industries.
