Today I am sharing with you a personal story that I have been keeping close to my heart for over a year and a half. It's time to share with you all the moment that turned my world + my marriage upside down and brought me and our family into new phases of our healing.

For those in the shitty moments of life where you don't know which way is up, when you feel alone, scared or confused, lean into trust. Lean into what you DO have control over, your own personal healing. Things WILL get better and you will be stronger and wiser for it! Leave room for miracles to happen, because they will.

For you women who are so strong and so wise, now is your time to turn that strength inward. It's time to put down responsibilities that do not belong to you, Sister. I hope this episode inspires you on your path to your own personal empowerment.

You deserve to be met, you deserve to feel safe.
