  • Hey friends! Welcome back to Part 2 of my series on breaking free from toxic relationships. If you haven’t already, be sure to check out Episode 21, where I laid the foundation by covering the first three critical steps:

    • Step 1: Recognizing and understanding your core beliefs

    In today’s episode, we’re going deeper. I’ll guide you through Step 4: Challenging and replacing those limiting core beliefs with God’s truth, and Step 5: Setting healthy boundaries that align your relationships with who God created you to be.

    I’m also sharing my personal journey of navigating a toxic friendship, the spiritual battle I faced, and how setting firm boundaries finally gave me the freedom and peace I had been searching for. Even when we’ve done the deep work, the enemy loves to stir up old lies to keep us trapped in confusion. But through God’s grace and truth, we can break free.
