232 - No More Perfectionism & Living for Others ... Reclaim Your Deepest Confidence with Ali Olivier

  • Resumen

  • Jill is so thrilled to welcome the wonderful Ali Olivier to the show this week! Ali is an empowerment and embodiment coach helping you overcome people pleasing, perfectionism and self doubt so you can reclaim your deepest confidence and create a life you love. While she has 15 years of experience in the mental health and well being industry, it was truly through her own healing journey that she found her way back home to herself. She uses a unique fusion of psychology training with somatic practices and a deeply heartfelt and soulful approach to provide full holistic healing. She works around the world with individual clients, running women retreats and delivering workshops. Jill met Ali about a year and a half ago during the Awaken the Muse online experience and now considers her a dear friend. Join the two of them in this episode of the show as they discuss various topics such as how to circumvent the temptation to people-please and their relationships with their parents. Ali also touches upon her personal journey from academia to following her heart. Jill would also like to remind you that the September retreat sold out in less than 30 days, three months early! However, because of the amazing response, there will be a second retreat November 8th through the 10th! Registration for the November retreat is now open. Go to jillherman.com to register!
