  • So excited to be joined by Sophie Bennett for today’s episode. Based in France, from the UK, she is passionate by movement and sport, a passion that only grew and evolved over the years. We discuss her journey from being the team manager for Bath Rugby for several years, while starting to run, all the way to completing some of the world’s toughest mountain race such as Dragon’s back, and most recently Winter Downs 200.

    We dive into those challenges and how she built confidence and resilience, inspired by her family and especially her mum.

    She now coaches people too, and shares her thoughts on the evolution of the female trail running scenes.
