  • After just over 2 years and counting, Dark Mark's weight loss journey continues. He is now down 85 lbs and 10 inches in the waist. How did he do it and how is he sustaining it? It's because he was coached by bodybuilder, nutritionist, personal trainer and coach Paige Sandgren who was on the show in 2022 to tell you how you too can get Food Freedom and talk about her extraordinary life...

    Paige grew up on the beaches of Michigan (really) and she talked about some fad diets she tried when she gained weight in college (Mark and Nicole also talked about their previous diet failures). She then started weightlifting and is now competing in the bodybuilding category as well as helping people with her Food Freedom program. This diet and exercise program was designed and produced while she was moonlighting in a lab and has helped Mark lose 4 waist sizes in less than 9 months. She tells the story of how she got her social media handle of @beefnuggette, talks about the reaction she gets on the street, has some laughs debunking fad diets and even recites her poem "White"
