“Showing up” has taken on different forms with the explosion of remote work and flexible lifestyles. Expectations are all over the map, especially with younger workers. John Neral has a background of showing up every day for work as a middle-school math teacher for over 12 years, then coaching coaches in public schools and ultimately making the leap to start his own coaching practice. He then was pro-active to become a Certified Coach with over 360 hours of training.
