In the course of our online search for FLY LIFE BALANCE, we were unable to locate any relevant results... 

we were able to find hundreds of definitions that relate to WORK in relation to LIFE BALANCE. 

This is perhaps due to the fact that for any other non-flying human-beings, the art of flying and its practice EQUALS simply to A JOB, the labor of flying, the AGREEMENT for WORK and not in any way:

Any pilots on his 2nd or 3rd Quarter Ridership, looking at the LEFT seat or a HEAVIER maybe LONG-HAUL Airframe operation, will have a different concept of what FLY-WORK LIFE BALANCE is, if we compare them with any of us from any other Quarter Ridership.. etc etc…

IN Consequence, any AirCrew (to manage a GENERIC concept of Pilot-ship or heavenly Aviator-ship)... any Xpat AirCrew to be precise

must OPERATE/WORK by meeting its contract clauses and obligations with his Airframe Operator and-or miserable Agency, 

and he/she must FLY, in accordance with all rules and regulations that bind that contract with that airframe Operator/Agency at that far away location.
