  • In this episode I make the distinction between pleasure and fulfilment. We now live in an immediate society where we can quite literally get anything we want on demand. What impact does this have on us, our expectations from life and how we understand life? Most of us live in a world of instant pleasure with very little fulfilment. In order to rewire your brain to attain fulfilment, run towards things that challenge you and you judge to be worthwhile. Having these experiences helps us build character and self-esteem.
