  • When Sylvia Pond was just four years old her family snuck her and her two siblings out of Poland under the cover of night.  Leaving the country where she was born to become a refugee in Germany on welfare, to finally settling in Canada two years later Sylvia tells an astonishing story of how food shaped her life.  She now has a very successful YouTube Channel where she showcases her exceptional talent as a self made chef in her food videos.  She is also an exceptional photographer, which means you can almost smell and taste her food just from the photos!
