So I wanted to share something with you, which is something quite special, but in order to share it with you, what I'm going to do is I want you to do some m imagination first. I, want you to imagine seeing me. You can see me now, but you can, well, if you're on the video, you can see me now, but I want you to imagine me over there, because I'm just about to see a client. And if you were to see me just before I saw a client, maybe ten minutes before, you would notice me standing there and I'd be like whispering to myself, you'd see my mouth. Mouth would be moving, but it would be like a magical incantation. But it's not, it's not an incantation. It is a magical question. And it's my own personal magical question, because I ask myself this one thing before I see a client, and I'll explain other areas too, where I use it.
