    I recently realized that the biggest cause of my health issues of the past was actually a contracted mind. I developed acid reflux and stomach issues because of mental tension. I am not alone.


    My two guests, Britta and Kevin both had stress related health disorders. This is more prevalent than we think. When these stress related issues come up, we stress even more about our health, creating a vicious cycle.
