    Stephanie Pazniokas, I am a been-there-done-that workaholic perfectionist people pleaser, mom & wife who had "food issues" and ended up very sick before I was 40.

    Good news - we don't have to be a nerdy scientist to regain our energetic health. We also don't need to "diet" "count calories" "starve" or be an "exercise-o-holic" or be afraid of food.

    We get to be educated, empowered, and curious and most important - we get to BE the BOSS of our health. We don't have to outsource it. There is no cookie-cutter one-size-fits-all “off-the-shelf” diet plan. There is YOUR plan.

    Health and wellness go well beyond what you eat and how you move. There are equally great impacts from our social, spiritual, and mental/stress status.

    When we start focusing on lifestyle choices that help us FEEL better, rather than looking at a scale, we start to be much more in tune and aware of what our bodies are telling us.
