  • In this episode, we find out how Lisa made it through the toughest year of her life to  realise her dreams and move to Ibiza. Leaving her corporate job of 19 years behind and taking the leap to follow her heart, tap into her spiritual side and train to become a coach. She now spends her days guiding people through different transitions in their lives, hosting retreats, and hiking the island with her friends.

    • Selling out retreats and thriving

    • Finding balance in nature around her and swimming in the sea
    • Her love of hiking the island
