  • Today Rob covers the last couple days of Olympic track and field (and roads), it was a tremendous competition and now he's quite sad that the games are over. Then Shan stops by for another training chat as they go over what they both got up to last week including Rob's bike race up Seymour mountain where he performed decently well but kinda acted like a dick along the way.
