    In this episode, we are talking about how to spend your time more wisely by reducing your screen time and spending less time on your phone. 🤍

    There are a couple of hacks that can help making your phone less addicting. Remember: These devices and apps are made to keep you there as long as possible, but you got this! 👑

    We all only have 24 hours in a day but somehow some people seem to achieve more than others. Most of us do have some time we could spend

    First, let’s do an audit and check just how much time we are spending on our phones. You can check your settings for your screen time.

    ⇒ On which apps do you want to cut back?

    ⇒ What “doesn’t count” like Spotify or where can it even be useful like Duolingo?

    ⇒ When do you use your phone when you could be doing something more productive or fun?

    • Have a dedicated place away from your work place / leave it at home
    • max. Screen Time (for certain apps)
    • MINDSET SHIFT: Don´t delete the app (you´ll re-download), make a new account and suddenly the algorithm isn´t fun anymore and you won´t be so tempted + all your drafts won´t be gone
    • Planning: What are you gonna do instead of being on your phone? F.e. set the intention to write a chapter and THEN you can go on your phone.
