    Todays guest began her journey as a Division I student-athlete at Manhattan University, formally Manhattan College, where she competed track and field, served on the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee, and was nominated for the 2018 NCAA Woman of the Year. After graduating with a degree in Marketing and a minor in Digital Media, she went on to serve as a Division II Governance Postgraduate Intern at the NCAA, supporting national committees and championship events.

    She then joined Yale Athletics as the Assistant Director of Development & Engagement, where she helped raise over $10 million, launched the Yale Women’s Athlete Network, and led large-scale alumni events and campaigns.

    Currently at the University of Connecticut Foundation, she serves as Director of Development, Operations for UConn Athletics.     Our began his journey in sports business after earning a bachelor's degree in Finance from Saint Joseph's University in 2012. He got his start in the industry as a Group Sales Account Executive with Spectra, before moving into collegiate athletics with roles at the University of Houston, the University of Alabama—where he also completed a Master’s in Sport Business Management—and the University of Texas at San Antonio.

    In 2021, he joined Boise State Athletics, where he’s steadily advanced through key leadership roles. From overseeing ticket sales and service, to driving fan development and revenue generation, and now leading resource development as an Assistant Athletic Director as well as leading all Development Operations for the Bronco Athletic Association—he brings over a decade of experience and a proven track record in collegiate athletics and revenue strategy.     Director of Performance Nutrition at the University of Cincinnati- Dillion Frees

    From NCAA athlete to nationally recognized sports dietitian, today's guest has built a career at the intersection of high-performance athletics and nutrition science. With a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from the University of Mount Union—where he also played collegiate soccer—and a Master’s in Health and Rehabilitation Sciences with a focus on Medical Dietetics from The Ohio State University, he’s combined academic excellence with hands-on experience to elevate athlete performance at every level.

    He’s currently the Director of Performance Nutrition at the University of Cincinnati, where he became the first full-time dietitian in school history. Since stepping into that role,he’s built an entire department from the ground up, developing a multi-disciplinary nutrition team, implementing EMR systems, leading education initiatives, managing multi-million-dollar dining projects, and guiding the fueling strategies of multiple athletic programs—from basketball and volleyball to track and field.

    Before Cincinnati, he honed his craft with the Buckeyes, supporting major programs like football and men’ssoccer through individualized counseling, team education, and elite-level fueling strategies. He holds certifications as a Registered Dietitian, Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics, and Strength and Conditioning Coach (CSCS), and he's deeply committed to athlete health, wellness, and performance.

    His journey in the world of sports, events, and entertainment with a Bachelor’s degree from Johnson & Wales University. Early in his career, he worked as a Sales Manager at PSE Agency, where he sold group and season tickets for the Providence Bruins and a wide range of events at the Dunkin' Donuts Center — including Disney On Ice, Monster Jam, and the Harlem Globetrotters.Driven to deepen his expertise, he went on to earn a Master’s degree in Sport Venue and Event Management from Syracuse University. While there, he also completed internships at both Syracuse and then on to Harvard, gaining hands-on experience in the operations side of collegiate athletics.In 2018, he joined Brown University, where his career has steadily progressed. He began as Coordinator of Facilities & Operations, was promoted to Assistant Director in 2021, and in July 2024, stepped into his current position as Associate Director of Athletics for Facilities & Events.Now, he leads a team of eight full-time staff, manages major facility projects and maintenance, and serves as the event manager for football.     She’s a living legacy in the world of archery — a pioneer, amentor, and a relentless force behind the sport’s evolution in the U.S. For more than five decades, she’s worn nearly every hat imaginable: athlete, coach, administrator, judge, and international team manager.

    She was a state champion in high school, a three-timeAll-American at Arizona State University, and eventually returned to lead her alma mater to nearly 60 titles over 17 years. Her journey continued through seven seasons at Stanford and on to the global stage — coaching the U.S. teamat the Pan Am Games, the 1988 Seoul Olympics, and again in Athens in 2004.

    Her influence extended far beyond the shooting line. Fromserving as Deputy Director of Olympic Shooting at the 1984 LA Games to Competition Manager in Atlanta in ’96, she’s been instrumental in shaping some of the sport's most pivotal moments. She’s managed U.S. teams across nearlyevery format — Target, Field, Indoor — and across all age groups, for over 30 years.

    From 2013 to 2023, she led as USA Archery’s National EventsManager, while also contributing as a continental judge, a former USAA Board Member, and a member of numerous national and international coaching committees.

    Today's Guests:Washington National Washington National Assistant Manager for Event Operations- Drew HurleyDrew Hurley's career trajectory has taken him through a diverse range of roles in sports operations and venue management. Our guest began his journey in sports with the Syracuse University Athletics program. Starting as a Men's Basketball Intern in September 2017, he supported the coaching staff and helped plan and execute various events. He then transitioned to the role of Facilities and Event Operations Assistant in May 2019, where he gained extensive experience in game administration for a range of sports, facility maintenance, and event planning. In August 2020, he took on the role of Game Operations and Events Intern. Here, he played a crucial role in event setup and breakdown, and oversaw credentialing systems during the COVID-19 pandemic.

    Following this, he moved to Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas as a Conversion Technician in July 2021. His responsibilities included converting the stadium layout for various events, coordinating with multiple departments, and troubleshooting operational issues to ensure a safe and successful event environment.

    In October 2021, he joined the Washington Nationals as a Coordinator in Security before being promoted to Coordinator of Security and Venue Systems in September 2023.
