  • Resumen

  • At age 11, Karen Saba and her family moved from Egypt to the United States so she could receive better medical care, go to college, land a good job and become self-sufficient. She went on to get her Masters degree and is presently a technical advisor on disability rights. She works with several non-governmental organizations (NGOs) and international organizations from around the world. She has worked on several topics related to disability rights such as education and political participation, and she primarily works within the Middle East and North Africa region

The reason she started her consulting company, Safety Analysis and Business Advice, is that she wanted to promote the expertise of People With Disabilities and that they can develop and be a productive force for change and innovation.

Karen’s goal and motivation are for People with Disabilities to believe in themselves, and realize their own ability, so they become comfortable with their disability and able to fight social attitudes.
