6. Finding Your Own Journey

  • In previous episodes we talked about some different modalities of healing, but what does that mean in real life? How can you overcome the trepidation you might feel about a new kind of healing?

    There is no one-size-fits-all approach to anything, but there is a beginning, an arc, and an ending. There is a basic framework that we establish, but we’re really going on a journey following the cues in your body.

    It will be necessary to move through some discomfort in order to find yourself on the other side. It is something that takes devotion, commitment, and work, and you will want to give up sometimes. That’s why we heal in community.

    My one-on-one spaces look like this:

    • We go over your human design, talk about your intentions and goals, and we create a direction together.
    • We start dropping into the body through body inquiry, breath work, and movement.
