    In episode six, I sit down with my friend, Isabella Toledo. Bella’s dad is one of the CITGO 6, 6 CITGO executives who have been in prison in Venezuela since 2017 without a trial. In this very open conversation, we talk about how trauma launched her journey of self-discovery; from recognizing her privilege, going to therapy for the first time, and continuing to do self-work.

    Isabella Toledo is an Account Manager at Facebook, supporting e-commerce advertisers grow their businesses. Born in Caracas, Venezuela, Isabella came to Miami with her parents when she was 1 year old. She is a proud Latina, passionate about empowering under-represented communities through story telling, activism and community. Isabella is a graduate of The University of Texas and 200 Hour Power Yoga Teacher Training Certified.
