  • Recruiters and hiring managers have hundreds of CV's to go through when it comes to job roles. The more sought after the company or role the higher this goes. Unfortunately this means that they will not have time to read your lovely cover letter or blurb about you being a team player. 

    They will scan your CV like a terminator looking for key words from the job brief. If they're not there its going straight into the 'rejects' pile. 

    We've got some quick tips in order to get through this 6 second stage and make it to the re-read stage (60 seconds).
