  • Class action against BGC underway representing thousands of customers

    Three entities have confirmed they have commenced legal proceedings in a class action against construction giant BGC.

    The class action is open to BGC customers who signed up with the company between January 2019 and September 2022 and suffered losses from building delays and price increases.

    Building and Construction Partner at Morgan Alteruthemeyer Legal Group Spencer Lieberfreund told Julie-anne Sprague on Afternoons the class action is representing 5,000 to 7,000 customers.
