She earned her Bachelor's Degree from Pennsylvania State University by creating her major and combining studies in Human Development and Family Studies, Psychology and Rehabilitation and Human Services. She is currently in a Master's program studying marriage and family therapy. Her work is designed to support women in reaching their full potential through their significant relationships.
