  • Hello Mama! Welcome back to the Rooted Working Mom podcast! I’m Cynthia Castro, your host and it is an honor to be with you today as we talk about trusting God during seasons of waiting. As Rooted Working Moms we anchor our identity, purpose, and trust in Jesus. It's about deepening our relationship with Jesus and saying Yes & Amen to our calling of both motherhood and career. Just as a tree draws nourishment from its roots, we draw our strength and guidance from Jesus, allowing His love to transform us and bear fruit in our lives. Often transformation involves seasons of waiting – waiting for a shift in our current life season, a new career or business opportunity, a promotion, an answered prayer, or perhaps even waiting for the arrival of another child. In these moments, it's easy to feel anxious or discouraged. But as women of faith, we are called to trust in God's perfect timing and surrender to His plans and will for our lives. Drawing from the wisdom of Psalms 27:14, we explore how waiting is not a passive experience but an opportunity for growth and a deeper connection with Jesus.
